Q: How does the process work?

A: Through a patented three-step process we are able to carefully resurface damage glass or windows by using a hand-held polishing system with resurfacing discs. After the resurfacing is complete a finishing process utilizes a polish disc and a special solution to complete the finish.

Q: Can you repair any glass or window?

A: Yes! From curved to plate glass, to tempered or mirrored glass, our three-step patented process can restore your glass to brand new. As long as it is not cracked or broken, we can fix it.

Q: Does the restoration process weaken the glass?

A: Not at all. With our process, the glass is in fact restored to its original integrity - as strong as the day it was first installed.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: The price varies depending on the extent of the damage and the structure of the glass/window. Rest assured that we will not proceed until we’ve given you an accurate and estimate that you are satisfied with. Our job is to ensure that you feel comfortable with the process of getting your scratched glass fully restored.

Q: How long does it take?

A: Each job varies, but our service people are experts and our process is fine-tuned to ensure the most efficient, professional and timely restoration of any glass.

A: We are North Vancouver based business that has worked in the home and commercial renovation and restoration industry for almost two decades.

Q: Is there damage that your company cannot repair?

A: On rare occasions the damage can be too deep into the glass/window or the curvature too great for our process to be effective. Our professionals will detect this during the visit to provide an estimate. If this is the case we will provide professional advice as to your next steps. We want you to be satisfied regardless.

Q: Do you charge for an estimate?

A: Not at all. Our estimates are free of charge.

Q: What if I am not happy with the result?

A: Though we don’t expect that result, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will not rest until you are happy with your restoration.
